By “good diet,” note that these people mean sticking to meat (preferably grassed meat and wild caught fish); vegetables, fruit, berries, and nuts (preferably organic or home garden grown); and good quality fats: butter, olive oil, coconut oil, fat from wild caught fish and grassfed animals — not, I repeat, not, any corn oil, soybean oil, or other such vegetable oils.
